VCD / CD disc special injection molding machine

Clamping force comes from the three hydraulic cylinders (triangle position); clamping force is steadfast and even on the mould, this is the base factor for VCD/CD molding;
Movable platen is assistant by the linear parallel rail to ensure the exact parallel moving between the two clamping platen;
The screw L/D ratio is up to 26:1 and both the clamping unit and injection unit adopt servo valve (MOOG of U.S.A)
Nitrogen speed accumulator is settled on the injection unit to accelerate the injection speed;
The control computer is B&R of Austria, and adopts PID temperature control;
The material for the CD/VCD disc is PC (15g) and the injection period is 4s (900pcs/h output); the material is recyclable.
